1-½ oz Sake (we used Tyku)
Shake w/ice and strain into martini glass
Garnish: Sushi ginger w/fruit of choice - dragon fruit, kiwi, blood orange strawberry etc.
1-½ oz 502 Oak Rested Shochu
¾ oz Magnolia Syrup
Pinch NC Wild Orange Concentrate
Shake w/ice and strain into a martini glass rimmed w/yuzu sugar
Garnish: dried NC wild rose, 3 pickled mulberries
Notes of caramel, caramelized sugar, butter pecan, butterscotch, rice pudding and baked sweet potato skins.
